Open Editions

SHIPPING

Worldwide shipping is available for all Open Edition prints. Shipping costs are not included in print price and will be calculated at checkout. For the Open Edition Collection, shipping is free to the US and the UK. For the rest of the world, Open Edition shipping is a $50 flat rate. Open Edition prints will ship within 2 weeks of purchase.

REFUND POLICY

If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your print, we are happy to offer an exchange or store credit. Exchanges are accepted within 14 days of you receiving your print. In the case of an exchange, the customer is responsible for return postage. All unwanted items must be returned in their original condition, with all packaging intact. If you would like to make an exchange or a return for store credit, please contact our Customer Service team at hello@bigcatpeople.com to obtain the return shipping address.

Limited Editions

SHIPPING

All of Jonathan & Angela’s Limited Edition prints will ship from the US.

Shipping will happen as efficiently as possible, but please allow a few months of processing time before the shipment is made. This is to allow ample time for artist proofs and personalized signatures by Jonathan & Angela.

For the Limited Edition Collection, shipping costs are not included in the print price and will be calculated after checkout, based on the exact shipping address. Upon purchase, our Customer Service team will reach out directly to confirm the shipping price, discuss shipment options, and invoice the customer directly for shipping. REFUND POLICY

As all limited edition prints are made-to-order, hand-signed, and numbered, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges unless in the event of a genuine manufacturing fault. All of our products undergo high-grade professional quality control to ensure that all prints are of the highest standard.
